Only the male perspective:
Get it done. I saw some before and I think it's great.
Of course it will hurt, but only a few minutes. If you really want, I'm not saying go.
If you should have a peeling have no problem with potholes. There is a product called bump-patrol that works well, an irritation of shaving and hair to prevent it. I would say it is 2 days before the big day! To give you time to reduce inflammation and irritation as possible.
Congratulations to try something new! Perhaps your child has something special for you ....

Yes, you can have irritation after waxing, I have the skin on my face after waxing eyebrows.

But I was told that products that are very easy to minimize irritation. The person that the growth needs to be able to recommend these products.

So, stock up to do when your special day in the week. It took about 2-3 days to my chagrin, when I remove the wax. Although totally worth it. I will never shave.

Not the same kind of irritation in general. There is more pain after waxing, because the train of the skin causing it to grow and become inflamed. On the other side does not seem to Razor Burn. If you are a kind of unusual reaction to have him, to heal the trauma of wax after one or two days, and it is nice and smooth, without bumps.
When the wax is more painful ... The women are. But it seems and feels better (after recovery) as a trade-off.
If you Aunt Flow is visiting in a week it should go.
This is most important, I would say that a professional is recommended by someone you trust! Waxers stylists are like ... Some good, some not.
