What documents will i need to travel to Belgium? - parental travel authorization

Hello
I am a Canadian citizen who has lived in Canada since December u8years, and I plan to go to Brussels, Belgium
I am also 17 years I of course makes me less, the government must then sign a letter of permission from parents or a notary, as a teacher? And also, I need a visa? even though I have a Canadian passport and identification?

For travel in Belgium, you need a passport with a validity of 3 months after your stay. You waiwed visa requirements for tourist travel up to 90 days over a period of 180 days with a Canadian passport and a Canadian citizen.
No special travel alone, but are helped by a written explanation of the parents are not recognized as refugees by immigration officials.
