Embedding is correct, because the link to the video is still there and as long as credit is for the user who uploaded the video given to the embedding is very good. They steal anything, but also of video advertising.
Suppose you want a video post on my blog and take the code to embed in your blog. Visitors should be able to click on video to know that it was Youtube and has a rightful owner.
Be sure to incorporate the terms and not against the rights of the owners. A reference to the original page link where to find the video, the charger and credit can be.
I have your blog page. It's okay, because you can click on the video for the original link, which means that I can see the original owners of videos. However, a reference is always recommended.
