No - I had my son, 22nd February last year, and we had shorts / O for the summer. Of course, the exposure should be limited to sunlight and sun, but with it are so hot that it will not be a problem for your small and regulate body temperature. They have their body temperature is usually around that age anyway. The main concern is the very cold weather. Hope this helps!
