What Do You Do When You Have An Annoying Mom What Do You Do When You're Angry?

What do you do when you're angry? - what do you do when you have an annoying mom

Oh, it's like someone angry, in conversation with IM, you're angry. I sometimes have trouble doing the smallest things that my mother called me and then something outrageous. I broke a whole pack of 75 colored pencils, I nearly broke my PC and DS, and broke my curtains. Well, I love myself, but I am angry very easily. What do you do when you are angry?

nothing is done, thank you:)

I used very angry as a child. He had a long fuse, but when I broke eruption. I landed my sisters so much and move every time he beat me too. Finally, I am tired of feeling like it was so painful that I try to control is decided. Every time I felt like I find that there are other ways to release him. The standing and sitting on my bed and try to relax. Without thinking about something that bothers me. I am easily bored and want something more to do. If I did what I could do without going to my room. 'd take a deep breath, and more here and there. They told me how calm I am as a person. If they knew the child.

I used to butcher my hair, dust and gnashing of teeth, missing things, until I threw my belongings, my favorite radio against the wall and shattered into a thousand pieces. I decided it was just hurt, so I went out and taking a long walk or bike and then I started to count to 10 and write my feelings, rather than responding to what I'm going crazy. I have also learned that makes me mad at the source of that person and talk face to face and let go. So, I'm up.

It's great to be angry with himself sometimes, but you have to talk yourself out loud, when will these feelings. I tell you, neither more nor this destructive behavior. Yes, and can fight for a better car.
